| Frances was called to the bar
in 1998 after obtaining her law degree at the University of
Edinburgh, Scotland and a further degree at the University of
New Brunswick. Since 2000, Frances has practiced Family Law
and Civil Litigation in the Region of Peel. Frances has appeared
before all levels of court except the Supreme Court of Canada,
and has conducted trials and appeals in both family law and
civil litigation. Frances is currently 1st Vice President of
the Peel Law Association, represents the Central West Region
on the CDLPA Library Committee, and is a member of the Advocates'
Society. Frances is currently President of the Peel Law Association, sits on the CDLPA Executive and the Board of LibraryCo and is a member of the Advocates' Society. Frances sits as a Dispute Resolution Officer in the Region of Peel and has recently been appointed as a Deputy Judge of the Small Claims Court. |

| Rae obtained her B.A. in Native Studies and Anthropology
from Trent University and her LL.B. from Osgoode Hall Law School.
After articling at a downtown law firm, Rae was called to the
bar in 2000. Since then, she has worked in both Huntsville and
in the Region of Peel, building and establishing her practice
primarily in the areas of Family and Criminal Law. Rae is currently
on the executive of the Peel Law Association. |

| Jennifer obtained her B.A. Hons
from York University and went on to study law at Osgoode Hall.
After articling at a downtown law firm, she was called to the
Bar in 2002. Since then, Jennifer has worked in the Region of
Peel with her primary practice areas being Family Law, and Wills
and Estates. Jennifer represents clients involved in litigation
as well as in out of court negotiations. Jennifer is a long
standing member of the Peel Law Association. |

was called to the bar in 2009. Amrita has appeared before both

area of practice is Family Law and Wills and Estates. Amrita

| Nida Hussain,

| Nida Hussain obtained her Honours
B.A.with a major in political science and minors in psychology
and fine art history from the University of Toronto, where she
graduated with high distinction, and an LL.B. from York University's
Osgoode Hall Law School. In 2008, she worked at Parkdale Community
Legal Services as a law student in their Immigration Division.
She managed client files, which required contacting government
officials, drafting applications and affidavits, as well as
providing summary legal advice to intake clients. She also voluntarily
represented homeless clients that had been ticketed under the
Safe Streets Act, Highway Traffic Act and the Trespass to Property
Act at provincial court. Her articles at a national business
law firm in downtown Toronto provided her with exposure to litigation,
pension law, labour and employment, as well as corporate law.
She has also had work appear in the Employment Labour Law Reporter.
She was called to the bar in 2009 and is currently a member
of the Canadian Bar Association and the Peel Law Association. |
